3. Payments

5. Delivery Timeline
Photo and video delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Delays caused by technical issues or exceptional circumstances may occur.
6. Editing and Creative Style
Clients acknowledge that editing style, color grading, composition, and artistic decisions are based on Studio Mantra Photography’s creative approach.
Final edited photographs reflect our professional style and cannot be substantially altered after delivery unless agreed separately.
7. Raw/Unedited Files
Raw or unedited images are generally not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing before booking.
Only edited and finalized images included in the package will be delivered.
8. Copyright and Image Ownership
All photographs taken by Studio Mantra Photography remain protected under copyright laws.
Studio Mantra Photography may use selected photographs for:

- Marketing purposes
If a client wishes to keep event photos private, this must be discussed before booking.
Clients may not sell, edit, or commercially reproduce images without written permission.
